Rejuvenate your skin with this homemade mask

Their beauty secret lies in a natural ingredient that fights against aging and wrinkles. Rice is a powerful naturally antioxidant and emollient that prevents UV damage. Moreover, it nourishes the skin and reduces wrinkles due to its nutrients.

Here’s how you can use rice to rejuvenate skin:

-2-3 tablespoons of rice
-1 tablespoon of honey
-1 tablespoon of milk

Method of preparation:
Put the rice in a pot with cold water and boil it at medium heat. After boiling, strain the water but don’t throw it away. Then wash the rice in cold water and add warm milk. Mix it well until you get a homogenous paste then add honey. Apply the mask on your face and let it act for 30-60 minutes. Thereafter, rinse your face with the water left from boiling.
You can keep refrigerated the rice water for 4 days or you can freeze it in ice cubs to use it for facial massages or as a facial toner.
